Terms of Payment
When making a purchase at majcanmajcanfurniture.hr, you can make a payment using credit/debit card or via direct bank transfer.
When making a card payment, the amount will be deducted from your card before the item is shipped.
In the case of custom made-to-order products, the amount is debited when production of the item commences. It’s important to note that Majcan & Majcan does not impose any credit card fees. Your receipt will be promptly delivered via email just before your order is due for delivery. If you have not received a receipt via email, you can’t be sure that we have received your order.
The total price of the order, including any charges, delivery costs and so on, will appear when placing your order at majcanmajcanfurniture.hr.

You must be 18 years old and have a valid credit card to shop on our website. If you are not yet 18 years old, an adult can place the order for you. You have the appropriate authority to validly accept the Online Payment Terms and are able to and shall meet your obligations in relation to these Terms. The stated measurements in this document act only as a guideline. The measurements may vary and differences in product size may occur.
Warranty
The commercial warranty applicable to products covers material and manufacturing process defects.
Products are under warranty for a period of 1 (one) year as of the date of the invoice sent to the original purchaser. The warranty is granted solely to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable, either directly or indirectly, to any third party.
In accordance with this warranty, Majcan & Majcan Furniture undertakes to repair or replace with a similar product, according to its own criteria and free of charge, any product with any of the defects indicated above, provided that these arise under normal conditions of use.

Complaints
The physical product must be inspected upon delivery. Damage incurred in transit as well as any defects and deficiencies on the product incurred as a result of transportation must be recorded on the freight bill upon delivery. Majcan & Majcan Furniture must be notified in writing of any complaints regarding product defects and deficiencies within 24 hours of delivery. If the complaint is made in due time and if Majcan & Majcan Furniture acknowledges the said complaint, the customer is entitled to demand a replacement delivery or to have the defect remedied. The customer cannot demand a price reduction or compensation.
Order Confirmation
Orders shall not be binding on Majcan & Majcan until the customer has received written order confirmation.
Change of Orders
It is not possible to change an order that has already been placed via majcanmajcanfurniture.hr. If you wish to change an order after it has been placed, please contact Majcan & Majcan to cancel your order, after which you can place a new order.
Delivery & Shipping
Goods ordered at majcanmajcanfurniture.hr are delivered at the price set in advance and in accordance to the delivery location.
The expected delivery times for the individual items are stated on the respective product pages. If no delivery time is stated for a product, a delivery time of up to approximately 12 weeks must normally be expected for new furniture. If it is necessary for Majcan & Majcan to postpone the expected delivery time, you will be contacted. You will also be informed if the product is not in stock or unforeseen circumstances arise during production, etc.
At an extra cost, delivery can be made to your home, including the placement of furniture within the premises as desired, as well as the disposal of the packaging.
When buying accessories, packages shall be delivered via regular packaging service. You will receive a notification electronically.
Personal Data Policy
We require the following information when you make purchases with us: name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. Majcan & Majcan is responsible for managing your information, which will be used to complete and deliver your order.
You have the right to be informed regarding the information processed about you, as well as the right to request that the information be deleted. The processing of your personal data also takes place in accordance with Majcan & Majcan’s personal data policy, which can be found here.
You can also contact Majcan & Majcan if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
The purchase of goods from majcanmajcanfurniture.hr is subject to Croatian law. Any dispute will be settled by the Courts of Croatia.
